HOW YOUR DAILY INCOME IS CALCULATED?<\/p>\n
ERC pay-out is based on Binary plan. Binary means two; One left and another right side entries together make one pair ( 1:1) = Rs.250. This means you have to place your referrals on your left and right side. Your online ERC account will help you manage this left & right track for you.<\/p>\n
ERC plan is a Daily plan: 12am to 12am (24 Hours).
\n First pair: 1:2 or 2:1 = Rs.250 ( All three entries will be considered as 1 pair);
\n All future pairs : 1:1 = Rs.250.
\n Daily Ceiling : 4 pairs X 250 = Rs.1000.<\/p>\n
HOW YOUR PAY-OUT (COMMISSION) IS MADE?<\/p>\n
Distributors\u2019 commission is paid on Weekly basis (Monday to Sunday); Commission will be sent either through Bank transfer or Cheque.<\/p>\n

Important Terms and Conditions :<\/p>\n
1. The Business Right of a distributor is valid for one year. Annual renewal fee of distributorship is Rs.450.<\/p>\n
2. Minimum pay-out is Rs.400, after deductions. If the amount is less, it will be carried forward to the next pay-out cycle.<\/p>\n
3. All distributors must submit their PAN card number and Bank Account details.<\/p>\n
4. Recovery: TDS ( Income Tax) = 10% ; ADMN Charge = 10% ( TOTAL 20%).<\/p>\n
5. If PAN card no is not submitted initially, 20% TDS will be deducted. ( PAN No should be submitted within 2 months).<\/p>\n
