03 Area Managers required for a Multinational Direct selling company

Annual CTC – 6 lacs to 8 Lacs .

Locations available – Indore , Delhi and Kolkata.

Position would report to the Head of Sales

JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Area Sales Manager, ASM, will be to focus on growing Key Operating Indicators for a specific geographic area.
The KOIs include but are not limited to: New Recruits, Active Consultant Base, Productivity, Leadership Growth, and Retention.
The ASM will lead the strategic growth initiatives for their respective area and work in partnership to identify and grow healthy and stable field leaders. Activities will include heavy travel and field work. Energy will be focused on teaching and training the desired leadership behaviors via various channels including home meetings and opportunity meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•3+ years sales related experience in direct sales or related industry
•Customer service related experience preferred
•Ability to travel 70%
•High energy with ability to effectively motivate, lead and influence others to take action
•Clear and effective communicator with a professional demeanor
•Ability to conduct professional training in front of a large diverse audience
•Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel and Word on a professional level
•Excellent communication skills including English oral and written communication
