Looking for Asst Manager Business Development for a leading direct selling company (Turnover -300 crores per annum).
Experience: 2-6 yrs
Salary: 3-7 lacs p.a.
Location: Gurgaon
Profile:
Work with Business Development Manager to conceptualize and implement Below-the-Line initiatives & handle all Events. Also identify and develop prospective organizations for B2B alliances

Specific Responsibilities

1. Event Management

Work with Agencies to develop creative sales force events and ensure flawless execution.

2. Strategic Alliances

Establish alliances with Consumer Goods manufacturers to use brand in their promotions. Thus leverage their channel for increasing brand awareness, market penetration and lead generation while ensuring company profitability

3. Below-the-Line Initiatives

• Develop strategy for increasing market penetration
• Conceptualize, develop and implement appropriate initiatives
• Negotiate deals with major retailers/malls/corporates to increase presence in targeted cities. Work with Sales for implementation and monitoring results.
