ALERT – Say “NO” to Get rich quick schemes
The law enforcement agencies are finally taking note of the scams perpetrated using the MLM programmes.It is to be noted that the action is and would be taken on companies (including the management, promoters, top networkers and the software developers for the company) using the MLM way to promote their dubious schemes.
The positive development this time is , that all relevant authorities have come together on a single platform so that there is no stone unturned during the investigation to track the siphoning of funds , multiple permanent account numbers , accounts with different names , cash transactions , manipulation in company records , whereabouts of the directors , vendors and service providers to the scam , promoters and people on the company’s payroll , the properties , the tax payment history , the business model and the history of the people associated, etc.
Earlier the law enforcement agencies needed at least one complaint to initiate an investigation in any scam but now the whistle blower policy makes it easy for putting a stop to the money circulation menace.
Meanwhile, Strategy India has prepared a list ( with names of the directors , promoters , leaders , vendors ,service providers , banks , addresses of the offices and the residences of the directors / promoters, vehicles and the details possessed by the directors/promoters , IP addresses, server and domain ownership , contact numbers and emails , documents with ROC , breakup of the areas including towns ,villages, states ,etc the money is being collected, franchisees if any , employees of the companies , approximate turnover of the company , approximate number of people invested in the company, etc )of these types of companies for easing the raids and speeding up the investigations on the people involved.
This would tighten the noose around the people who take up this way to earn fast money.
