GISH Online Shoppe is not a good MLM company. It is full of unethical people. That is a big reason why all the top good leaders left it in this year’s start only.
When the company launched, its owner Amit Rana said that the company’s turnover was Rs. 1 crore in just 1 month. Considering the fact that no products had been sold till then, how did the turnover reach so much?
The company said that it is launching online shopping of products, BUT for the first 9 months the website did not have any shopping section, so how could any one buy the products? But still they had a turnover of 1 crore. Amazing?
Many Alto and Skoda achievers who achieved that level many months back are still waiting for the Skoda to come to their doors. The company remains quite on this subject. Why?
MLM was started as a way to eliminate the middle men, BUT GISH IS THE MIDDLE MEN HERE and the owners are making money but we networkers are only working hard to make money for then and not us.
GISH takes pride in its payment plan. Lets look at it more closely. Rs 1000 are paid per pair. This is what the plan and company say but infact we are being paid Rs. 700 NOT Rs. 1000 per pair. Everyone knows the simple fact that BALANCING is a very tough thing and till date no networker in the whole world has ever been able to balance both his sides equally. Thus we lose out on all the efforts of our team. Is it fair? NO.
The rewards are meant to be the highlight of the company but they are TIME BOUND. Some of our income is kept in the achievers pool and after we achieve some minimum pairs within the time limit, we earn the rewards. All this looks good on paper but what is the reality? It is our own hard earned income that is taken from us before we receive the amount and we have to achieve in this time period. If we do not achieve it, we lose our hard earned money. The reward system is also tough. Thus, we are losing out on all places.
Many other companies have already come into the market with same products and much better plans than GISH. Over there the payout is higher and faster. The products are already available in the traditional market also through Reliance Fresh, Big Bazaar and various other marts at a chaeper price than what GISH is providing. This is the reason why we are not able to sell our products to people as they already know the prices and can not be fooled. As there is no retail of products, GISH is fast becoming a money chain, where only the people at the top and the owners are making money but not the rest of the people.
With Wal-Mart, the world’s biggest retail store coming to India, through a tie up with Bharti Industries, the competition in retail will only increase. Thus, the chances of the GISH working are very low as Wal-Mart offers he cheapest prices and Reliance and others will start competing and prices will get lower. GISH can not afford to retail products at prices lower than now because the payout will decrease further. And this is supported by the fact that the payout has already decreased. Even the owners of the company in the last meeting have acknowledged this fact.
The company is already not paying the netwrokers properly. With Retail giants coming into the market. further price reduction will take place. GISH will shut down.
Amit Rana, MD of GISH, is laready apologizing to everyone through the message he has posted on the website of GISH. He has already told us these facts in the previous meetings and has expressed doubts on the future of the company.
Look at these facts before joining GISH, as few months later you will be forced to switch to some other company. Will you waste your precious time in a company which everyone knows will not be paying us well, if they are in a state to pay us at all.
