Required a Regional Sales Manager for a Direct Selling Company
1.0 Reporting line
The position will report to the VP-Sales.
2.0 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete business in region with both top line & bottom line accountability.
- Drive sales in the region through a team of ASM, Trainers, BDM’s.
- Work closely with the consultant leadership for their growth & business development.
- Work closely with the Marketing and operations team.
- Be responsible for the support functions like CNF, Logistics, IT, Accounts, HR etc.
3.0 Qualification Requirements
- MBA with recognized degree from university.
- 12-15 years of experience in sales function preferably FMCG Co.
- Knowledge of one regional Language is a must. (e.g.-Kannada )
4.0 Personal attributes
- Self motivation and looking for continuous improvement in the department
- Must have “hands-on” management style
- Team player with good leadership skills
- Good time management skills and ability to set and adjust priorities in a fast paces, quickly changing environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Please Note:
Position to be based in Bengaluru.
The current CTC of the candidate should be in the range of INR 15 lacs- 20 Lacs per annum.
